Allulose Baking Tips
Prevent Over-browning: Allulose caramelizes faster than sugar. If the cake browns too quickly, cover it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Powdered is Best: Use powdered allulose for smooth frosting and cake textures; granulated can leave a slight crunch.
Fragility: Cakes made with allulose can be fragile when hot; let them cool completely in the pan before removing.
Moisture: Allulose brings significant moisture to cakes, making it ideal for keto recipes that often dry out.
Making life healthier without compromising on taste.
