Keto Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1¼ cups Allulose
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 large eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp espresso powder (optional)
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
Whisk melted butter and allulose until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and espresso powder.
Combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly into pan.
Bake 22–28 minutes depending on desired fudginess.
Cool at least 20 minutes before slicing.
